Job Summary
The Hospitality & Spa Intern will support the North America Hospitality team in driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing client engagement across hospitality and corporate gifting channels. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to sales operations, client management, CRM tools, and strategic business analysis within a fast-paced, luxury brand environment.
This position requires a high level of organization, analytical accuracy, communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the Corporate Gifting inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to all inquiries
- Qualify incoming leads and route opportunities to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate tracking and follow-up of all sampling requests and inquiries
- Assist the sales team with client follow-ups, prospecting activities, and pipeline support
- Coordinate and support the execution of sampling programs and requests
- Support the planning and execution of trade shows, events, and marketing activations
- Maintain and update customer databases and account information to ensure data accuracy
- Ensure all activities (leads, samples, follow-ups) are properly logged and tracked in CRM
- Support ongoing improvements in CRM usage, reporting, and data quality
- Assist in developing and implementing tools, processes, and best practices to improve team efficiency
- Support the team in kit development, coordination, and follow-up with clients
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely and accurate management of Corporate Gifting inbox
- Lead response time and conversion support
- Sampling Tracking Accuracy
- Accuracy and consistency in CRM updates
- Contribution to reporting and process improvements
- Support in generating new business opportunities
- Post-Event Follow-Up Support (Trade shows)
Requirements
Education
- Working towards a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or a recent graduate
Experience & Skills
