JOB SUMMARY: 
The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day strategy and management of the e-commerce and Amazon businesses, reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director of Erborian US and partnering with the Paris Digital Team. The candidate has a proven track record for project management and will be responsible for optimizing D2C and Amazon websites to drive brand sales and awareness, with a focus on improving conversion rate to purchase. They will be accountable for animation plan strategy inclusive of promotional planning, optimizing inventory, managing visual merchandising, and helping to oversee imagery and copywriting production. The E-Commerce Manager will be part of the entire customer journey from acquisition to retention and will also be responsible for owning the business analysis with key stakeholders. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT & OPTIMIZATION: The E-Commerce Manager will be the primary business owner working with the team to oversee the following: 
•    Own the end-to-end management of brand store front on erborian.usa.com including campaigns, catalog and quality-check all imagery, video and copy uploaded to site.
•    Ideate and design e-commerce experiences on Sales Force SFCC platform and implement A+ content as well as best practices to enhance conversion rates and engagement.
•    Identify and troubleshoot website bugs and monitor website and data to drive improvements in the online shopping experience.
•    Plan and optimize the e-commerce marketing calendar based on holiday sales, promotions, and new product launches. 
•    Assist with content briefing for any new e-commerce asset needs for U.S market. 
•    Forecast and manage web stock based on market trends and growth objectives.
•    Forecast any key promo periods, GWPs and kits according to product lead times.  
•    Track, plan and manage inventory flow to e-commerce warehouses.
•    Ensure that website inventory is accurate and reflective of warehouse stock and monitor for any OOS issues on the website. 
•    Consistently track competitive landscape for best-in-class customer experience.
•    Act as key liaison between warehouse, logistics, and customer care teams to ensure smooth processing of outbound orders and returns. 
•    Identify any bugs with the order fulfillment process and raise issues to relative departments. 
•    Provide product knowledge to Customer Care team as needed. 

DATA & ANALYTICS: 
•    Manage the growth plan of Amazon and D2C channels (net sales and sell-out) in line with company goals. 
•    Monitor daily sales trends and provide insights and analysis for key stakeholders, utilizing data to make recommendations. 
•    Provide data and analytics of key sell in / sell out KPIS as needed including business mix. 
•    Monitor discount rate, promotional calendar, and gross margin to ensure profitability targets. 
•    Support advertising strategy on digital channels to ensure KPIS are met. 

AMAZON MANAGEMENT: 
•    Manage the relationship with the Amazon Vendor Team supporting strategy and marketing initiatives. 
•    Ensure the Amazon media strategy supports the overall business sales and awareness targets.
•    Liase daily with Amazon agency to support business needs, troubleshoot tickets, and ensure best in class customer experience. 
•    Maintain and optimize product listings (stock accuracy, titles, descriptions, etc.) on Amazon.
•    Source assets and work with internal teams and Amazon agency to develop A+ content, infographics and advertising content to drive conversion and product sales.
•    Forecast and own the replenishment & key promotional strategy based on market trends and growth objectives.
•    Monitor Amazon order flow to ensure order fulfillment and that net sales forecasts are achieved. 

E-CRM & Loyalty: 
•    Own the E-CRM planning calendar and adapt strategy based on current market and competitive landscape. 
•    Partner with cross-functional partners on email copy, campaign planning and retention strategies and production.
•    Ensure email cadence and monitor any delivery issues with the development team. 
•    Monitor weekly performance and provide key stakeholders with analysis and business insights. 
•    Guide key marketing and content strategies across CRM and the website based on inventory availability, excess stock, and sales goals.
•    Consistently track competitive CRM landscape for best-in-class customer experience.
•    Monitor Erborian loyalty program proposing new optimizations to retain customers.

REQUIREMENTS: 

EDUCATION 
•    Completed Bachelor’s degree

EXPERIENCE
•    3-5 years+ of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Data Analytics. 
•    Experience in Salesforce preferred 
•    Experience with consumer products preferred

SKILLS
•    Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills.
•    Basic knowledge of digital asset management. 
•    Ability to analyze and troubleshoot in a timely manner. 
•    Must present a positive, professional and energetic attitude, be able to work in a team, be proactive and remain self-motivated
•    Must be detail oriented, and have excellent organization and time management skills
•    Must have strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Outlook)
•    Beauty industry know how, passion for cosmetics/beauty products
•    A self-starter with the ability to problem solve and brainstorm in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and act with a strong sense of accountability.
•    Ability to work effectively with and present to individuals at all levels.
•    A keen listener, capable of receiving feedback and pivoting strategy with agility and analytical aptitude.
•    Flexibility to wear many hats and own the entire e-commerce experience from ideating and design to execution and analysis. 
•    Must be an ambassador of the Erborian Brand. 

PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
•    Some remote flexibility with 2 days on average in office per week. 
•    Must be available from Monday to Friday.

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 - $85,000 for the NYC region. Exact compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to, experience, skills, and geographic location.
