SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Sales Intern to support our dynamic US Sales team during the fall. This internship offers hands-on experience in retail sales operations, event execution, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, logistics, and education teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and eager to learn the ins and outs of a fast-paced, omnichannel beauty business.
Please note that this role will be fully in-person for 20 hours/week. Pay will be $19/hour for Bachelor's students/grads, and $21/hour for Master's students/grads.
Key Responsibilities:
System Transition Prep: Support implementation and onboarding of new data tracking platform for field team.
PIM & PDP Management: Upload product content to systems and ensure product detail pages (PDPs) are accurate and updated across platforms.
Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) Support: Assist in deploying GWP to fields for eventing.
Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate and track the shipment of product collateral from both the office and warehouse, particularly for new team members onboarding over the summer.
Event in a Box (EIB) Support: Collaborate with the Marketing team to assemble and ship “Event in a Box” kits for retail activations in markets without field team coverage (e.g., Canada).
Order Tracking & Issue Resolution: Monitor sales order status and package tracking; follow up with FedEx on delivery issues and maintain accurate logs.
Visual Content Organization: Sort and archive event and competitive brand imagery for future reference and reporting.
Event Reporting: Tag and follow up with field team members to ensure event actuals are submitted every Tuesday by 1 PM EST.
Quarterly Gratis Program: Coordinate product gratis initiative—build submission forms, consult with team leads on SKU selection, and oversee warehouse shipment logistics.
Field Education Product Support: Organize and execute monthly product shipments for in-store education efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS & CHARACTERISTICS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint
Interest in the beauty industry and enthusiasm for retail operations
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
