Data Analyst Intern (Summer 2024)
JOB SUMMARY:
As an Intern with L’Occitane en Provence North America you will undertake work on our different Data projects. You will report directy to the Regional Director of Integration & Data.
L'Occitane group has built an ambitious Datahub program with the set up of a Datalake (Snowflake solution) to cover the analytical needs and a Master Data Management (MDM) for operational needs around the client data.
To drive the development of our data, the Data Intern will have the role to develop diversified projects on different business domains : Customers, Supply and Finance.
The Data Intern will work on projects such as customer knowledge using Machine Learning, data information capture using API and ETL, Customer data quality or Supply reporting.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work on the MDM platform to develop data quality dashboard, data engineering to enhance our customer data capture information for retail channels
- Partner with Digital IT Team to develop technical flows in systems - MDM, CEGID, Salesforce
- Work on Machine learning scores to improve our customer knowledge

REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's / master's degree in Computer Science
EXPERIENCE:
- Prior internship experience with Data science and/or data projects and development
SKILLS:
- SQL (good knowledge and experience)
- Data modelization
- Data flows (ETL, API)
- Python
PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Hybrid or on site at NY office
- Available from June to end of August.
