JOB SUMMARY:
The Sustainability Analyst will support the Director of Sustainability for North America in executing key operational initiatives focused on environmental impact, circularity, and employee engagement. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in sustainability and a strong interest in applying their skills to real-world projects. The Analyst will contribute to data reporting, program coordination, and internal communications, helping bring the brand’s sustainability strategy to life locally.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sustainability Reporting & Data Analysis
    • Collect, review, and consolidate sustainability data across North America.
    • Track and update key KPIs (energy use, waste recycled, carbon footprint, etc.).
    • Support the preparation of internal dashboards and impact reports for key internal stakeholders.
    • Conduct research and benchmarking on sustainability practices and trends.
  • Program Coordination
    • Assist in managing the in-store recycling and collection program, including operational follow-up and impact tracking.
    • Coordinate product donation partnerships across US and Canada.
  • Employee Engagement & Communication
    • Contribute to internal awareness campaigns and communication materials to engage employees in sustainability initiatives.
    • Support the volunteering initiatives for teams across US and Canada.
    • Support regular updates for newsletters, team meetings, and sustainability events.

REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (internship, volunteer work, or entry-level role) in sustainability, ESG, or impact-related projects.

SKILLS:
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Advance in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Passionate about sustainability, climate action, and social impact.
    • Curiosity and a proactive mindset are highly valued.

PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Must be able work in normal office conditions
The compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 - $65,000 for the NYC region. Exact compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to, experience, skills, and geographic location. In addition to annual salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
