The Fundamentals of What You’ll Do:
- Inspire Exceptional Guest Experiences: Lead by example to ensure every boutique provides a welcoming, sensorial environment that delights guests and builds loyalty.
- Drive Business Performance: Develop and execute district business plans that maximize sales, profitability, and key performance metrics. Use insights and data to identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
- Lead & Develop Talent: Recruit, coach, and mentor top talent. Build strong bench strength through succession planning, empowering teams to grow and succeed.
- Champion Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between boutiques and the Support Center, sharing insights, feedback, and best practices to accelerate results.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee visual merchandising, inventory management, compliance, and labor efficiency to protect profitability and uphold company standards.
- Lead with Integrity & Agility: Model L’Occitane’s values of authenticity, humility, and teamwork. Address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and adapt effectively to change.
- 7+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, with 5+ years managing multiple locations or large sales volumes
- Proven record of developing high-performing teams and driving sales results
- Strong business acumen, communication, and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in retail POS systems and MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per day)
- National travel up to 75% of the time
- Valid Driver’s License required
Key Measures of Success:
Sales performance, guest loyalty, employee engagement and retention, payroll management, and inventory control.
