Entry Level

Who You Are:
As a L’Occitane Store Fulfillment Associate, you'll be the quiet force behind the seamless beauty experience we offer. Your role is essential in maintaining the harmony of our store from keeping the stockroom organized to ensuring our shelves are always stocked with the luxurious products our guests love. You’ll help orchestrate the flow of our store, ensuring every customer enters a space that feels thoughtfully curated and inviting.

The Fundamentals of What You’ll Do:
  • Be the Backbone of the Store: Ensure that inventory is organized, accessible, and well-stocked, supporting a seamless shopping experience for both guests and team members.
  • Fulfill E-Commerce WEB Orders: Handle boutique-based WEB orders from start to finish picking items from the stockroom/mini-hub, carefully packaging, and preparing them for shipping.
  • Prioritize Efficiency: Anticipate the needs of the store, keeping stock levels up to date and ensuring merchandise is easy to find and display.
  • Keep an Open Mind: Welcome feedback on inventory management and workflow, stay open to learning, and embrace new methods that improve the store's operations.
  • Let Success Drive You: Support the smooth running of store operations by following policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Foster a Team Culture: Provide support and encouragement to your teammates, helping to create a positive, collaborative environment where everyone can thrive.
  • Communicate with Care: Be adaptable in your communication, working well with team members and leaders to ensure efficient stock handling and a unified approach to operations.

We value hearing from individuals who possess:
  • One to two years of experience in a similar role (warehousing, stock, or logistics)
  • Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks, including sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time, and lifting up to 30 lbs.

We welcome talent with diverse experiences, ideas, and skills. We value your mindset over skills, skills are trainable.

We are committed to the Planet. We contribute to the company's waste reduction targets through their support of related in-store initiatives, such as our in-store recycling program, following inventory management guidelines to reduce product waste, and eliminating the purchase of single-use plastics, as well as by promoting our refill products to heat targets.
