JOB SUMMARY:
The Travel Retail Intern will be tasked with supporting the Regional Marketing Managers and Commercial teams, to reach retail excellence across all TR channels for L’Occitane En Provence and Sol De Janeiro.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual, driven by curiosity, to research and acquire new knowledge. The ideal candidate will be proficient in navigating existing files on SharePoint, using the platform to efficiently locate and gather relevant information needed to excel in project completion. A keen eye for catching errors and a proactive approach to learning are essential for this role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
TRADE MARKETING STRATEGY AND DEPLOYMENT
- Develop all necessary marketing tools (planograms, listings, toolboxes) in line with the TR Brand strategy to maximize trade plan efficiency and ensure their timely availability and execution.
- Participate in the development of the digital strategy across the perimeter (creation of digital toolboxes and e-commerce site content for our partners)
- Lead the regional brand identity deployment and proper in store execution through visual charter and merchandising elements according to the TR Brand guidelines.
- Provide support to Marketing Managers in the development of 360˚ campaigns for new product launches, ensuring that all necessary assets for in-store execution are well-managed and analyzing post-event results based on established KPIs.
- Support the Marketing and Commercial Teams in coordinating and preparing monthly reports and proposals for novelty orders.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Commercial Teams to optimize innovation launches across all retailers.
- Organize and coordinate the forecasting and logistics of training gifts in collaboration with the Commercial team.
- Coordinate or provide translations and adapt training materials to suit the region when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
- College Graduate Student, master’s degree
- At least 6 months of professional experience/previous internship experience
- Experience in retail or marketing is a plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Autonomous, agile, entrepreneur, self-starter
- Strong organizational skills
- Keen eye for catching errors
- Ability to manage multi-projects, establish priorities and re-prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in time and form
- Team player, able to collaborate and communicate easily and efficiently with peers
